Assessments and Course Packages
For programs that include both assessments and course materials, a refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase only if:

No debriefs or coaching sessions have been scheduled or completed.
To ensure program momentum and program integrity, the following completion timelines apply:
Assessments
Assessments must be completed within 7 business days of purchase.
If the assessment is not completed within this timeframe, access may expire and the assessment may need to be repurchased.
Debrief Sessions
If a program includes debrief sessions, they must be scheduled within 30 calendar days after the assessment is completed.
Failure to schedule a debrief session within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the debrief session.
Coaching Sessions
If a program includes coaching sessions, those sessions must be completed within 90 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Unused sessions after this period may expire.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Missed sessions without adequate notice may be forfeited.
Technical Issues
If a technical issue prevents access to purchased materials, please contact us so we can restore access as quickly as possible.
Technical issues do not qualify for refunds if access can be restored.
Participants are responsible for scheduling and completing program components within the stated timeframes.
